Conlin Law Firm welcomes the opportunity to be the law firm you need... for a personal injury or wrongful death case; if someone has cheated you or broken their promise, personally or in business; or if you've suffered mold or water intrusion in your home. I'm Tom Conlin, and after 24 great years at a large, national law firm called Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, I have followed a dream of establishing my own law firm. I am enjoying the freedom that comes with being the boss, and really like the privilege of being able to invest myself totally in my clients' cases. You and your case will get my full attention and care, and the 25 years of legal experience that I bring. I am a Certified Civil Trial Specialist (Minnesota State Bar Association), and I have been both around the block-and around the country-representing my clients in courthouses from Boston to the West Coast, from Rochester to Crookston. We prepare our cases meticulously to maximize the chances of a great settlement, and we always keep one eye on the trial in case the defendant or insurance company simply won't pay what is fair.
